Nikole Malaxechevarria is a native to Las Vegas, NV.  As such, she has strong, longstanding ties to the local community.  The only child of immigrants from the Philippines and Spain, Nikole is a first-generation American citizen.  Nikole is fluent in Spanish, as English was actually her second language.  Nikole’s early career centered around healthcare, holding positions such as Practice Administrator and Billing and Coding Specialist. Nikole received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Through diligent study, she was able to obtain her degree while working full-time.  Her love of patient care was the impetus that drove her to seek further education and become a licensed real estate agent.  She has a passion for helping others, and those in the Hispanic and Filipino communities hold a special place in her heart. Nikole feels strongly about helping those in need, and implemented donor and volunteer programs with both Safe Nest and the Las Vegas Rescue Mission in her previous positions.  Energetic and determined, Nikole strives to assist others in achieving the American dream.
